How to SEND A message in OpenSports
Please DO NOT message us from the Main Event page, on the button that says "MESSAGE ORGANIZER" because we don't see these straight away.
If you go into the EVENT - Open it and as shown below, Press on CHAT (circled in red at the top in pic 1) -
Then as shown in Pic 2, you will be able send a message to the HOST and ALL the people who have booked in to the even will see your chat. This is where you can let the Host and players know if you will be running late etc. or ask the Host a question about the event. Remember ALL players can see this chat.

If you are a Host and there are low numbers of players booked in or if you are a player and have any issues regarding an event or credits etc, you can PRIVATE Message the IT Team. Please look up and message Taz or Taryn Bock, or Aaron Collins or Deb Fletcher or .. you can message all three of us in one message. (see below as to how to do this)
If you need to get hold of the Host or the IT team, then it's best to send them a PRIVATE message direct to just them, by following the steps below:-

ON A LAPTOP - At the top of your menu you will either see your picture or your initials.
To the LEFT you will see the Message bubble
ON YOUR PHONE the Message bubble is at the BOTTOM 2nd from the right.

Once you have clicked on the MESSAGE BUBBLE - Press he + sign

After you have pressed the + it will show the screen below
Click the DOWN ARROW on the RIGHT

CLICK on Torquay Pickleball Club
CLICK CONFIRM
NOW TYPE IN PERSONS NAME
(you can type in a number of people if
you want to send it to a few people)

Once you type in the start of their name it will come
up with a selection. When you see the person you
want to send the message to, CLICK ON THEIR NAME

it will show all the messages you have.

Look down to the VERY BOTTOM of the
message and you will see where you TYPE
YOUR MESSAGE - then press the GREEN
ARROW to send it .. and it will appear.
